1. Payment
✦ For international clients, commissions can be paid through PayPal. I also accept Brazilian payment methods such as Pix or bank transfer.✦ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon receiving the final (watermarked) product, with the watermark removed after payment.2. Proccess and Delivery
✦ After receiving your character description, I'll provide a delivery estimate (usually between 5 days and 2 weeks).✦ To start, I'll create up to 4 simple sketches so we can establish the character design, pose and/or composition. This is a collaborative process, and you are free to give directions and provide input.✦ After finalizing a sketch, I'll proceed to the final illustration. At each phase (line art, coloring/grayscale, final touch-ups), you'll receive a work-in-progress preview and the opportunity to request corrections or changes.✦ Once the piece is finished, you'll receive the full-resolution image along with a transparent-background PNG. Note that this is a digital product only; no physical item will be shipped.3. Copyright / Usage Policy
✦ I, Gabriel Vidarte, retain the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself and display it as I see fit (e.g., on my website, social media, etc.).✦ The buyer is allowed to:
<sub>- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (e.g., upload it on social media profiles, forums, etc.).
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. Credit is not required but is very much appreciated.
- Use the artwork on YouTube channels and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the primary source of earnings.</sub>

✦ The following actions are considered copyright infringement:
<sub>- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (i.e., making money from it in any way).
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- I retain full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. (Rights to the image for non-personal use may be purchased at any time.)</sub>4. Consumer Satisfaction
✦ If you have any issues with the commissioned piece, please let me know right away so we can find a solution together.✦ I am willing to adjust some of my terms if you ask before I begin your commission. For example, if you prefer that I don’t post your artwork anywhere, we can discuss this.5. Refund / Cancellation Policy
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.✦ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.✦ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.✦ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
